Hope to get back to blogging soon. But, just wanted to let you know that our nephew, my brother John's son, Kevyns, passed away about a week and a half ago. We recently returned from being with the family at his funeral in South Carolina. Greg has posted his obituary on his blog. (See sidebar under family. Greg--Living LDS)
Kevyns' passing and the time spent with family during the last week have been life-changing for both Greg and I. We truly miss Kevyns and our hearts are with John and Valerie and Elodie during this difficult time.

We are very sad to hear about Kevyns. I have heard much about him and the wonderful boy he was. It's a small world! Isabelle is in my ward and a my dear friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Ohh Miriam, I am so sorry to hear about this. What a good looking young gentleman he was. I sometimes wonder WHY, but then again, I know why...but it still isn't easy. Hope that your family is doing OK with this and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Did your parents get to attend the funeral??
Miriam--we have sure been praying for all of your family--John and Valerie, your mom and dad, you too. I'm sorry Kevyns died, I hope it's comforting to know that he is healthy and happy and missionarying in Heaven--I'm sure he is.

oh my gosh...so sorry! I remember him coming over to play with Mikey...like just yesterday. Crazy! We love you and you'll be in our prayers!
