Thanksgiving Feast

Grandma Luthy cooked some wonderful traditional Thanksgiving dishes, but this year Greg took on the BIRD.  He tried for the first time "spatchcocking" several Cornish game hens.

 

 

 

 

They turned out to be fabulous!
